COPA was established in 1998 which based on environmental protection and energy saving, we installed oil mist collectors and light guide systems in our factory area. And we also set pressure sensors and quality control equipment to monitor product quality. As for certification, we obtained high recognition like IATF16949.Now we plan to purchase SMB smart boxes towards smart factories and aim to improve product quality and work efficiency in the future. Around 95% of our customers are automotive fasteners. The biggest challenge is how to always offer customers products with stable quality and lead time. From the tooling to production stage, we focus on every phases of production.

Simultaneously, we also have our own tooling factory. Therefore, we could work in coordination to meet the customer's lead time more easily. And we could enhance tooling life improvement and efficiency improvement among mass production after collecting data and information analysis. Therefore, we kept cost successfully as well as increasing the profit.
